Lincoln Park Civic Association (LPCA) was founded in 2024 to protect property values, keep the neighborhood pleasing to the eye, and encourage a safe neighborhood that people want to live in.
The LPCA, is a pending 501(c)4 non-profit organization with free membership. The work of the Association is done by volunteers and is funded through voluntary contributions. Membership is gained by providing proof of residency or owning a business located within our boundaries.

- Activism / Lobbying Officials To Maintain & Protect our Neighborhood
- Neighborhood Beautification
- Quarterly Meetings Providing Programs & Officials Present to Update and Take Questions.
- Monthly E-mails with City, County, & Local Neighborhood Events/Programs
- Participating Local Business Specials
- Contests That Reward both Homeowners & Renters to Beautify their Home.
